Managing Pooling Agreements

Aeroxchange has advanced capabilities for managing pooling agreement performance between airline partners. Flight Hour Agreements and other parameters for pooling program management can be accommodated. Agreement terms can relate to individual service providers or across a group of providers.

Component Support

Tracking of contract terms and measurement of performance against a contract is provided in a flexible framework. Contracts can be tracked where fees between parties are based on flight hours, cycles or value of inventory. Transactions under a contract, and also out-of-contract activity, can be tracked with full visibility of part requests, contract quantities, shipment information and replacement of core units.

Active Management

Aeroxchange has capabilities to enable active management of inventory transactions. Options are available to allow providers to control part issuance when a request exceeds the agreed upon quantity or to prevent the generation of a part request until the core unit has been received.

The Aeroxchange Repair Order Management capability can be engaged to administer the core repair order lifecycle for complete repair tracking with real-time status updates.
