THE QUICKEST PATH TO SUPPLIER ENABLEMENT

The many benefits of automated documents exchange are foreshortened if only a handful of suppliers are capable or willing to participate.

Aeroxchange has harnessed Internet technology to extend the benefits of EDI messaging to businesses of any size, making automated B2B interactions with 100% of a supplier network possible for the first time.

Aeroxchange supports legacy EDI messaging standards and formats, including SPEC2000, and also Internet-based XML messaging formats and standards. Aeroxchange extends legacy technologies and makes access feasible for any size business.

Aeroxchange has extensive expertise implementing electronic messaging solutions for aviation businesses. For smaller businesses, connectivity to the Aeroxchange platform requires only a web browser or email. Aeroxchange manages message formats, encryption, authentication and message time stamping on a robust, high availability platform. We manage and operate the IT infrastructure to shield the complexity of EDI from users on both the buyer and seller side.

NO SOFTWARE TO PURCHASE

Aeroxchange operates in a highly secure hosted service environment.  There is no software to purchase. Users may receive and send electronic documents through a web browser, or alternatively through email. Full electronic messaging integration to back-end systems is also available for suppliers with infrastructure already in place.

CHOOSE A LEVEL OF AUTOMATION

Buyers can set up Sellers using several B2B technologies.   Sellers can communicate using traditional EDI or can access Aeroxchange through a browser-based secure portal with a comprehensive order management functionality. Orders, change orders, acknowledgements, shipment notices and other messages are automatically sent and received by the supplier through the order management interface. In addition to the browser interface, Aeroxchange can provide full integration to back-end systems in businesses where enterprise systems are used for order management. This provides full end-to-end EDI electronic messaging from buyer to seller and back. Most ERP and CRM systems can be supported. For more information, please see ERP Integration Services.

Alternatively, buyer generated EDI messages may be sent and received by email through the Aeroxchange SmartMail platform. This provides the lowest level of automation, as messages must be handled ad hoc without the full order management functionality. The Aeroxchange SmartMail offering enables buyers to connect to suppliers  with low order volume at no cost to the supplier and no infrastructure requirement.

SPEC2000 SUPPORT

Aeroxchange provides full support for ATA SPEC2000 messaging, encompassing both Type B and XML formats. These standards comprise a message suite for basic procurement processes. Aeroxchange supports these message formats, and has extended the formats to support the business processes of participants. In addition, Aeroxchange provides an EDI message suite to support the complex material movements of repair order management in the aviation industry. Part exchanges, tracking for repairs, and other process steps, can be supported with this extended message suite.

CONNECT ONCE, REACH MANY

Buyers can reach their entire supplier network through one connection to Aeroxchange. Message encryption, authentication and time stamping is managed by the Aeroxchange platform, freeing IT resources from managing myriad connections to hundreds of suppliers.

TRANSLATION INCLUDED

Trading partners may use different versions of EDI and XML messages based on legacy or business process requirements. Aeroxchange can "translate" formats as needed, and will be responsible for validation of the messages for consumption in a target system. Aeroxchange manages message formats to shield users from this burden.
