Aeroxchange has skilled and experienced staff available to plan, implement, test and deploy a comprehensive approach to stepping on board. 

Integration with ERP and other back office systems may be a key part of an implementation and roll-out.  Customers may request that Aeroxchange orchestrate connections to a network of trading parnters.  Aeroxchange will also be actively involved in transaction compliance testing and support to assure seamless operation across the platform between many scores of participants.

Aeroxchange will tailor an implementation plan crafted to meet the requirements of each participant as they come on board Aeroxchange.

A Selling Platform

Sellers may communicate with the Aeroxchange platform using EDI or browser.  Additionally, catalogue information can be uploaded to Aeroxchange through a secure FTP connection in spreadsheet format.  Catalogues may be general or targeted for specific buyers.

Once connected to Aeroxchange, sellers are configured to connect to multiple buyers and exposed to new business opportunities. 

The range and ease of connection options enables participation by any size vendor on the Aeroxchange electronic business network.

Knowledge & Confidence

Role-based training for users, administrators and on-site leads is orchestrated based on requirement. Web-based training, on-site training and training sessions at the Aeroxchange facility can be accommodated. Aeroxchange is ready to help participants draw the greatest function and value from the electronic business network.
