Aeroxchange Ltd is a privately held company headquartered in Irving, Texas. The company is owned by thirteen airlines as a means of creating value for all trading partners in the aviation supply chain. Our hosted internet-based collaboration platform provides an open, neutral marketplace between suppliers and airlines to streamline the supply chain. Since we develop the applications that enable this collaboration, we adapt rapidly to the emerging needs of our customers.

The Product Management team within the company is responsible for developing quality products offered by the company. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join this team.


Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Communicate effectively in with internal and external stakeholders
  2. Gather, analyze, and document technical information, software requirements specifications and business processes.
  3. Collaborate with product managers to ensure system design requirements adequately reflect the defined business processes and support the functional business requirements.
  4. Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of documenting.
  5. Provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
  6. Participate in meetings with stakeholders on an as needed basis.


Minimum Requirements

  1. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  2. 1-3 years’ experience requirements analysis and documentation for software projects.
  3. Ability to work with cross functional teams and communicate with internal and external stakeholders from different disciplines.
  4. Ability to work on multiple projects, multiple products.
  5. Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
  6. Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  7. Experience with Web-based integrations
  8. Adept at using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint on a Windows.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience with purchasing and/or MRO operations is a plus.
  2. Experience in aviation supply chain software is a plus.
  3. Experience with building HTML mockups is a plus.
