Our hosted internet-based collaboration platform provides an open, neutral marketplace between suppliers and airlines to streamline the supply chain. Since we develop the applications that enable this collaboration, we adapt rapidly to the emerging needs of our customers.

The Product Management team within the company is responsible for developing quality products offered by the company. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join this team.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Understand existing functionality of applications. Design test cases for testing existing functionality.
2. Institute regression testing using automated testing systems.
3. Review software requirement documents to identify changes in functionality, design & implement test cases to evaluate the new functionality.
4. Execute functional, regression, integration test cases and log/track any issues using bug-tracking system.
5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey results of test cases.
6. Participate in design sessions to provide input to improve quality of software.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other equivalent programs.
2. At least 5 years of business experience with at least 1-3 in testing web applications.
3. Experience testing products using EDI, SPEC2000, X12, cXML, RosettaNet, iDOC or other e-commerce formats.
4. Versatility using automated testing tools like QTP, WinRunner, LoadRunner etc.
5. Working knowledge of SQL in Oracle.
6. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate with internal and external stakeholders from different disciplines.
7. Ability to work on multiple projects and multiple products concurrently.
8. Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
9. Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
10. Expertise with MS Excel to analyze data and glean patterns and trends in the usage.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience testing aviation supply chain software is a plus.
2. Experience with e-procurement, purchasing and/or MRO operations is a plus.
3. Experience with scripting macros and automating tasks within MS Office and on the browser is a plus.
