Aeroxchange helps requestors compare multiple borrow / exchange opportunities based on acquisition time and total cost, including the option of outright purchase of the component. This helps requestors make the best economic decision when managing draws from inventory pools.
LOAN/BORROW TRACKING
Loan and borrow transactions can be initiated with visibility of prearranged contractual terms and conditions, then tracked with visible message and email flows with attached documentation. Trace records including serviceable parts tags and barcodes are readily available.
Monitoring of inbound and outbound parts can be performed with integrated tracking links to freight forwarders, auto generation of advance ship notices and electronic copies of Proofs of Delivery.
MANAGEMENT DASHBOARD
A dashboard view of open transactions increases awareness of the current status of loans, borrows, exchanges and purchases. The dashboard provides, at-a-glance, operational alerts, financial details and gives users the ability to review total revenue and cost details as well as compare current financial details to previous months, quarters or years.
THROUGH TO INVOICE
Invoices may be generated from the Aeroxchange platform and forwarded to counter parties for settlement. Details of the transaction in relation to contract terms are visible to all parties to minimize invoice errors.
