Who has access to my transactional data on Aeroxchange?

Transactional data is limited to the two parties involved in the transaction.  Aeroxchange does not aggregate data or share participant's transaction data with any other party.

Does Aeroxchange manage transactions on behalf of buyers and suppliers?

Aeroxchange is a supply chain services provider and does not directly manage transactions.

How do I become a member?

To become a member, subscribe to one or more of our seller-side or buyer-side services.

All data is securely encrypted and all Aeroxchange systems and processes are SSAE16 SOC1 compliant.

Yes.

What happens if a natural disaster causes all my data to be lost?

Aeroxchange has extensive disaster recovery systems and processes in place.

I forgot my password.  What do I need to do to retrieve it?

You will need to click on the “login” link in the right hand corner at the top of this page. Click on “Forgot password?” and enter your user id. Answer the challenge question that you established during registration and the system send you a replacement temporary password. If you do not remember your user id or the answer to your challenge question, please contact Aeroxchange support at +1 (972) 556-8545.

What ERP Systems can Aeroxchange integrate with?

Aeroxchange can integrate with almost any ERP system.  We have active integrations with SAP, Oracle and many other major software providers.  Please contact us for more information.

What is the role of the company administrator?

The administrator is the primary point of contact for notifications from Aeroxchange.  The administrator is also responsible for management of user accounts.

How many users does a license to each module cover?

Aeroxchange is available on a subscription basis with no user license restrictions.

Aeroxchange is located in Irving, Texas near the Dallas / Fort Worth airport.
